Experience and learn simple and effective body-breath-mind wellbeing strategies for yourself, and/or to support others.

Join in-person in Townsville OR via zoom

Release stress from your week, tension from your body, and feel ease flow into your body and mind.

The RESET Wellbeing Framework of specific yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breath work) and meditation strategies support whole-health throughout life!
