Kundalini Tao Fusion

This class is primarily experiential and focuses on developing sensitivity and receptivity to the different qualities of energy, and supporting the body’s natural healing capacities, and Taoist meditation methods and practices to enable the practitioner to cultivate ones energy in the body.
