Gratitude Jar Workshop

I am very excited to be running one of my favourite workshops - The Gratitude Jar workshop as my first workshop in the new Creating Calm studio!
Join us for a beautiful Cacao heart opening, some reflection on what Gratitude means to us, some beautiful creating time - creating your very own Gratitude jar, finishing of with a gratitude meditation and Medicine Drum energy clearing.
