This restorative practice invites you to slow down, soften, and turn inward. Through gentle shapes, supported stillness, and intentional breathing, we explore the subtle language of the body — sensation, tension, release, and the quiet shifts that follow.
Each posture is offered as an opportunity to listen closely: to notice what is present, settle the nervous system, and reconnect with a sense of steadiness. Movement is minimal and unhurried, allowing your body to unwind at its own pace and in its own way.
You will be guided with invitational, trauma-informed cues that honour choice, autonomy, and comfort. Options and variations are available throughout, making the practice accessible for both beginners and seasoned practitioners.
