Celebrate the Summer Solstice with Sound Healing

Join us for an immersive Sound Healing session led by Sarah Payton of Positive Sound Vibes. Sarah is an intuitive sound healer and artist who creates thoughtful sound experiences that encourage deep rest and renewal.

This session falls on the summer solstice—a natural time to pause, reflect, and reset. The longest day of the year is the perfect opportunity to let go of stress and set new intentions for the season ahead.

What to Expect:

Deep relaxation as you're surrounded by the calming sounds of quartz crystal bowls, gongs, drums, and chimes

A chance to reset your nervous system and clear mental and emotional clutter

Gentle energy alignment to help you feel more centered and at ease

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early. The session will begin right at 7:30 PM—late entry won’t be permitted so everyone can settle in peacefully.

✨ Bonus: Come early for Restorative Yoga at 6:00 PM to ease into the evening and make space for stillness.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or pillow—whatever helps you get comfortable. Wear soft clothes, and come as you are.
