Celebrate the spirit of wellness and unity at a special event marking International Yoga Day hosted in collaboration by CRC and JBG Endura 101. The day will feature a series of thoughtfully curated yoga sessions and wellness experiences designed for all age groups including breathwork posture correction family and kids’ yoga guided meditation and sound healing.
The event aims to bring the community together in a shared space of mindfulness and movement promoting physical balance mental clarity and inner peace. It promises an immersive journey into the world of yoga and holistic health.
