Want to explore a new perspective of yoga? Join Emilee for an introduction on how to invert (go upside down into yoga poses) safely and steadily. Get a step by step approach, learn alternatives, variations, and the reasons why being upside down can be good for your body and mind.

Gain confidence in the foundations of Headstand so that you feel empowered to plug into this dynamic, yet calming posture, then explore the similarities to Forearm Balance and Handstand.

Dedicated instruction, techniques and helpful tips go a long way in gaining the strength and confidence to get your toes off the ground. We will warm up key muscle groups and use the wall while learning the foundations to put our feet up in the sky.
