Join KB Baldwin for this 75 minutes of bliss with Yin yoga and sound experience! After breath work and intention setting, we will explore relaxing holds in supported yin postures allowing ourselves to open to the wonder within. Savasana and meditation accompanied by vibrational sounds of crystal bowls, leave you feeling more nourished and relaxed.

Be sure to bring your props, bolsters, and blankets to get comfy! See you there!
