at the Vigo County Public (Main) Library
Downstairs in the Kids Department
Every Tuesday from 1 pm to 2 pm

Young artists are invited to experience this free art program that uses books and corresponding art projects to encourage creativity. For children ages 3 to 5 accompanied by an adult. Art Start is currently being held at the Vigo County Public (Main) Library.
