A down-to-earth, supportive community gathering to explore how your breath can be a powerful tool for wellbeing. This workshop offers simple breathwork practices to calm your nervous system, manage stress, and reconnect with your body in everyday life.
Whether you’re completely new to breathwork or already practice yoga or movement, this session is designed to help you understand your breath and use it in real, practical ways.

• How to use the breath as a reset, an anchor, and a way to come back to yourself
Breath & Movement
• The natural role of breath in yoga or exercise
• How to become more aware of your breathing rhythm in motion or stillness
