Join us for an evening of deep rest and reflection, designed to support your mental and emotional health through the calming practices of breathwork, yin yoga, and yoga nidra.
This Nurture Night is all about slowing down, letting go of tension, and learning how to support your nervous system in everyday life. Through a guided sequence of grounding yin postures, gentle breath awareness, and a soothing yoga nidra meditation, you'll be invited to reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and release built-up stress.
Throughout the practice, you’ll also gain insight into how these tools can support mental health and emotional balance—both on and off the mat.
Your guide for the evening, Nadene Harisunker, is a 200hr RYT yoga teacher with a background in clinical psychology and over a decade of dedicated personal practice. Nadene brings a gentle and informed approach to her teaching, with a special interest in how yoga can support the healing of anxiety, depression, and trauma.
