Lie back and get cosy as a soundscape from instruments such as crystal & tibetan bowls, gong, crystal lyre, drone harp and handpan hold space for peace, expansion and a soulful return to self.

The journey is designed to soothe your nervous system, release emotional tension and realign your energetic body.

To help land you into the space, choose an oracle card and anoint with divine, locally crafted ceremonial oil. Stay for a cuppa and a quiet chat afterwards, if you feel like it.

No experience necessary - just come as you are :)
