Following on from our first workshop on Growth Mindset, the Island Coaches Collective is excited to invite you to participate in the second event in our 2025 "Creating a Resilient and Joyful Life" series:
Transform Your Relationship with Stress:
Make Stress Your Friend!

What you will experience:
1. Understand why your body responds to stress the way it does
2. Recognize your personal stress triggers and signals, especially emotional reactions
3. Learn practical techniques to transform stress into a helpful resource
4. Develop a personal plan for making stress your ally
5. Practice tools you can use immediately in daily life
The workshop will explore how our thoughts often become modern-day "tigers," triggering the same biological stress response that once helped our ancestors survive physical dangers.
You will learn practical techniques to work with this system rather than against it, transforming stress into a resource for clarity, energy, and growth.
This interactive workshop will be facilitated by Wellbeing and Health Coach Heidi Link and co-facilitated by Wellbeing & Mindfulness Coach Mel Burdett. Together, they will create a supportive environment where you can discover how to transform stress into a powerful ally.
Heidi Link is a Wellbeing and Health Coach who combines evidence-based knowledge with practical and insightful coaching. Her mission is to inspire and vitalize the passion in people and organisations to create a lifestyle and culture of wellbeing and health where individuals and organisations can thrive.
Mel Burdett is a curious, dynamic and intuitive coach who guides people and teams toward self-awareness and self-empowerment. Mel loves to help people feel at ease with discomfort, quieten their scatterbrain, and choose their own limits-using the wisdom of their body as a guide.
