The Stillness

A rare opportunity in our busy lives to be in stillness to decompress and reset the nervous system. This delicious mix of yin and yoga nidra will leave you feeling completely rejuvenated and set you up for the best nights sleep.

For the ultimate relaxation experience there is also the opportunity to add in a shared infrared sauna session afterwards for an additional $15. We’re finding it to be the most beautiful way to connect with other like minded souls in our community, getting to know each other off the mat.
