This year's event is extra special, marking 30 years of partnership with Minoh City, our sister city in Osaka, Japan.
The festival is organised by the Hutt Minoh House Friendship Trust, sponsored by CK & Co Realty, with support from the Hutt City Council and the Embassy of Japan.
