Harness your power to direct Prana and explore the practise of Prana Vidya to heal and transform yourself

In this experiential Workshop we will prepare ourselves to receive direction through Premalokas Evolutionary breathwork practise, Kundalini Kriyas and then Crystal Bowl sound healing , followed by , Prana Vidya ( pranic healing technique )

The Evening will start with a Cacao ceremony .
