This playful, community-centered workshop lead by Lore at ScribeandSunshine is all about creating without judgment, connecting without performance, and regulating your nervous system through art. We’ll dive into the freeing, messy, deeply personal process of junk journaling—using scraps, textures, doodles, and affirmations to express ourselves with zero expectations.
