Lynn & Sherman - Live at the Eleanor

Lynn & Sherman is the music collaboration of long time Tacoma performing artists Angie Lynn and Walker Sherman.

Angie and Walker met playing all the local stages and after working together on a number of larger productions, found that their personal music styling fit very well together. Lynn & Sherman highlights the songwriting of each artist, enhancing their solo work with rich harmonies and fresh instrumentation.

Angie’s voice is equal parts powerful and sensitive, paring well with the soul infused rock n roll that Walker is known for. Angie’s songs receive a shot of blues and a little southern swagger from Walker’s guitar and harmonies. At its core Lynn & Sherman is the musical expression of a queer woman and a straight man’s friendship, and remarkably similar stories.

Lynn & Sherman invite the listener to love and live authentic lives of expression and meaning through their songs. Join us for a night of celebrating authenticity through story and song with two of Tacoma’s favorite singer songwriters in their prime!

Live at The Eleanor: Offering an intimate, candlelit lounge experience with performances across genres—from music to poetry to dance—accompanied by craft beverages and light concessions. Every Friday and Saturday evening in the historic Eleanor Roosevelt Room.
