Beginner Gnocchi

Join us for this hands on Gnocchi Class! Working in groups of two you will create a made from scratch menu that you can easily make at home. Guests will get to eat the food prepared after instruction.

Menu: Antipasto Salad, Classic Potato Gnocchi with Garlic Tomato Cream Sauce


Instruction includes:


classic potato gnocchi from scratch
rolling, cutting, and shaping gnocchi
preparation of sauce and cooking gnocchi
Knife Skills
* Beer, Wine and Non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase
*Class must have 4 participants otherwise may be canceled.
