Spring Pickling and Canning

Join us for this hands on class to learn about the basics of Canning, pickling, and jams. Produce and recipes will feature the best of spring vegetables and fruits which may include- strawberries, rhubarb, radish, onion, asparagus, snap peas, carrots, or beets. *based on availability

Instruction includes:

quick refrigerator pickles
canning fruit jam
canning pickles and vegetables
Class will use Vegetables in season on the farm.

* Class must have 4 participants otherwise may be canceled.
