What to expect:
Easing Common Discomforts: Learn poses and modifications to alleviate backaches, hip pain, swelling, and fatigue often experienced during pregnancy.
Building Gentle Strength: Safely strengthen your muscles to support your growing belly, improve posture, and prepare your body for labor and postpartum recovery.
Fostering Relaxation & Calm: Cultivate inner peace and reduce anxiety through calming breathwork, gentle stretching, and restorative poses. Learn valuable relaxation techniques you can use throughout your pregnancy and beyond.
Connecting with Your Baby: Create a deeper connection with your baby through mindful movement and focused breath.
No prior yoga experience is necessary. Our experienced instructor will offer modifications for all levels and stages of pregnancy, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and supported.
What to Bring: Your yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and perhaps a water bottle. We have all other props you may need.
Investment: $88 for 4-weeks or $25 drop in/class.
