Introduction to Female Self Defence

Hour long introduction session to female only self defence. You will be able to experience first hand what is involved, learn some of the basics, which will give you the confidence and the excitment to want to learn more!!

This is a safe environment, where we have fun with no judgement or expectations. The spaces are limited as we don't have big groups.
