Have you been diagnosed with dementia, organ failure (heart, lung, kidney, liver), Parkinson's, a progressive neurological condition or another incurable illness? Unsure where to turn for support?

Our doors are open for you to drop in every Tuesday from 1 pm – 3 pm. Whether you want a chat, some support, or info on our services, we’re here to help from day one. No need to book ❤️
