Female Only Self Defence Weekly Sessions held at Baswich Church Hall, Baswich Lane, Stafford.

Come and learn practical, simple, realistic self defence skills in a safe female only environment.

Grow your confidence, improve your awareness, set your personal boundaries and build your resilience.

You will learn to live your life from a place of confidence not fear as you take back the control, because your safety is your priority!

Sessions run term time only 1st October - 8th July.

£12.50/per week or £37/month with membership
