Introduction to Female Self Defence

An Introduction to Female Only Self Defence before the weekly sessions begin.

If you are not sure what you are going to experience in the regular weekly sessions, this is your chance to come along and have an hour to see what goes on!

You will learn some practical self defence skills, you will leave feeling more confident and you will leave with more knowledge.
