The Geology of Ferncliff
UPDATE 6/12/2025:
Registration filled fast for this tour, and we do have folks on the waiting list to attend. If you have made a reservation and find you are unable to attend, please call the office to let us know so we can offer your space to someone else.

FOR THOSE ATTENDING: Please enter through the lower Plum Street gate near Buck Creek. Parking assistance will be available. Please plan to be in the gate before 3:30 as we will be closing this gate to the public promptly at 3:30.

Reservations are now open for our guided walking tour of the cliffs that characterize our picturesque cemetery. Led by John Ritter who has been teaching geology and environmental science at Wittenberg for over 30 year.

Join us by calling 937-322-3491 to make your reservation.

Please enter at the lower (south) Plum Street gate. You will be directed where to park.
