Herbal Medicine- Hands on workshop

This hands-on class includes participants making three different types of herbal medicine products!

Enjoy a hands-on introduction to herbal medicine with Michael Rulli. He will lead this program introducing aromatherapy, healing salves, and soothing balms.
Learn the healing powers of essential oils and our native plants.

The class begins with a brief synopsis of herbal medicine and herbal safety. We then dive into the hands-on portion, making an essential oil aromatherapy inhaler, as well as a healing salve and a soothing balm from plants foraged locally or Michael's medicinal gardens.

Michael has led numerous herbal medicine and foraging programs for the Cincinnati Nature Center and is certified in herbal medicine and herbal safety.

$50 per person. Includes all ingredients and containers to take home your finished product. Snacks/beverages provided. Click on ticket link to sign up!
