Gourmet Maritozzi Bun Pop-Up

Join us for a special two-day pop-up at our café, where we’ll be serving a fresh batch of handmade Italian maritozzi cream buns, soft, lightly sweetened buns filled with rich ganaches, seasonal compotes, and airy Chantilly creams.

Flavors include:

Strawberry Rhubarb – filled with strawberry rhubarb compote made from rhubarb freshly picked at Siemer’s Farm in Green Bluff

Wild Huckleberry – real huckleberry jam with a honey-sweetened huckleberry custard Chantilly cream

Tiramisu – bold espresso ganache paired with a light mascarpone Chantilly

Pistachio – rich pistachio cream center with smooth pistachio custard Chantilly

We’ll only be making a limited number of buns, so pre-orders are highly recommended to guarantee your box.
