Join us every week for a peaceful hour of group meditation!
Unwind from the stresses of daily life, clear your mind, and tap into your inner tranquility. Our weekly sessions are perfect for beginners and seasoned meditators alike - you'll feel refreshed and centered after each session.

Not convinced? Studies have shown that group meditation can lead to increased feelings of relaxation, reduced stress levels, improved sleep quality, and more.

So grab your yoga mat or cushion and come join us for session this Sunday at 11 AM!

Each Session is only $3 (or gift of appreciation such as toilet paper, paper towels, tea, gf snacks)
