FREEDOM FLOW w/ Lena

Come move and groove with music and movement to inspire freedom and flow in your body!
You’ll move, breathe (and maybe even dance), yourself in this open level class where all bodies and experience are welcome.

Lena’s classes are intuitively led. Your presence and what you need in your body is what inspires the flow- that, and the music!

This is a 75 minute Class and we’ll start at 9:00 am.
