Dancing Freedom with Maggie Rossell

Dancing Freedom is an embodiment practice that weaves together dance and ceremony. Following the five elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether, the dance moves in a wave. It brings us into our bodies and helps us to develop deep inner resources that ultimately help us to heal and remember who we are. Dancing Freedom teaches us to let our bodies lead the way and to dance with whatever is present, be it fear, anger, joy, grief: ALL of it is welcome here. And there is no way to do it wrong.
In it’s simplest form, Dancing Freedom is an ecstatic dance party that has the potential to ignite some deep transformation.
