A Boundless Heart - exploring Metta - the quality of Loving Kindness

In this five week series of Going Deeper sessions we’ll explore, through meditation, talks and discussion, Metta - universal loving kindness - a cardinal quality that can transform our lives and the world we live in. There will be a break between the fourth and fifth sessions for our Buddha Day festival on May 10th

During our Saturday Going Deeper drop-in sessions we explore aspects of Buddhist teaching and practice throughout the year. They are open to all although best to attend the earlier Learn to Meditate session of you are entirely new to meditation.

These sessions are offered on a donation basis, drawing upon the Buddhist practice of dana - generosity. Please give what you can to support the centre to share the Buddha’s teachings more widely.
