A cacao and meditation evening to honour Beltane the Celtic festival with similarities to 'May Day' marking the belly of Spring and the very beginnings of Summer.
Using the beautiful plant medicine of cacao we will give attention and intention to a time when everything is fully awake blooming and alive. This year falling just after the new moon we will also connect with what we bring intention & attention to now will rise & grow come the next season or cycle.
Beltane's themes reflect the earth's naturally strong energy at this time of year and so at the ceremony we will journal & set intentions around our own potential abundance and fertility (what do we want to plant seeds for to grow in our own lives) as well as balance and protection.
Through some gentle movement grounding breathwork a guided journey meditation we will honour this time as well as connect with anything we wish to call in release or seek guidance on.
Cacao has been used in rituals and ceremonies for thousands of years. Healing and transformational yet very gentle it's a supportive heart opener encouraging us to connect with our inner wisdom. It's a really relaxing and nourishing experience also enhancing our meditation and insight.
The cacao used is high-quality raw and organic and lovingly prepared with reiki and intention.
Exchange £25 (+ £0.80 allevents booking fee) includes cacao and paired crystal tumblestone to take home.
Ticket maybe transferred to a future event (one time only) if 24 hours or more notice is given.
