Join our monthly support group to connect with others who understand the challenges and emotions that come with Alzheimer’s disease. This safe, welcoming space offers encouragement, shared wisdom, and a sense of community.

🗓️ When: 2nd Wednesday of the Month from 10:00am-11:00am
📍 Where: The Village at Buckland Court, 432 Buckland Road, South Windsor, CT 06074
👥 Who Should Attend: Family caregivers, loved ones, and anyone affected by Alzheimer’s disease
