Parkinson's Support Group

Are you or someone you know living with Parkinson's Disease (PD) looking for a welcoming and supportive environment? You're not alone. Join us each month on the second Thursday from 2pm-3pm to meet other individuals living with Parkinson’s disease — and their caregivers. Members can share experiences, learn practical tips, and connect with others who truly understand.

Each session includes:
💬 Open group discussion
🎓 Educational topics and guest speakers
🛠 Coping strategies and wellness tips
💙 Peer support in a compassionate setting

No registration required — drop in any time. Come to listen, to share, or simply to feel connected. Together, we’re stronger.
