Welcome to the Silent Book Club Meetup at Purses & Proverbs! Join fellow book lovers for a cozy gathering at this charming location. Whether you're a bookworm or just looking to unwind in a cozy hangout this event is perfect for you. Bring your favorite book and enjoy a few hours of silent reading in great company. No pressure to socialize just a peaceful atmosphere to indulge in your love for books. Don't miss out on this unique experience!
We offer a small variety of prepackaged snacks water coffee and tea (for a donation) and you're welcome to bring your own food/snacks to enjoy and while we read and socialize.
So mark your calendars and join us for an evening of reading and mingling at Purse & Proverbs. Don't forget to bring your current read and get ready to indulge in some much-needed bookish bliss!
Evening schedule:
5:30pm-6pm - Mingle/Introduction (optional)
6pm-7pm - Silent Reading
7pm-7:30pm - Chat or continue reading

Will there be books available for purchase?
We have a very small selection of books to browse for those who decide to not bring a book from home & buy one the day of the event. However we highly encourage you to bring your latest read. Silent Book Club is a community centered event designed to create a space for you to relax and read.
