From the moment we walked in, the ambiance of the shop was warm and inviting. The space, though small and quaint, is beautifully curated and filled with so many eye-catching items for purchase—I could’ve browsed for hours! For our group activity, we had the option to make either a candle or body butter. The table was set up perfectly with personalized name plates for each participant, which made it feel extra special. The owner and instructor gave us a detailed tour and explained the variety of creative projects they offer. Her passion and hospitality made the entire experience feel personal and inspiring. “This was such a fun event! I always love the feeling of sisterhood whenever I walk into Purses and Proverbs. The book club meet was no different. I met some very cool people and the exchange of ideas was so stimulating during the meet and greet. The silent book reading was such a fun exercise. It was really nice to engage in reading as a community activity. I highly recommend this unique experience! ”

“This was such a fun class! My good friend and I did it together and it was a great girls night out activity not revolving around food. There was also a father and son there so it’s good for masculine folks too. And I spent all night making new images based on the stuff we learned in class. Melanie is an excellent and patient teacher and was able to guide people of all skill levels. Give it a go!”

This is my 3rd class..If you haven't took a class. I highly suggest you should...Keep doing what you do. Melanie is Great and so is Ondria..I worked with both Ladies...Ondria patience is good especially for me..Love this place..Glad I found out about it..We need this in the area.. BTW: My smell for my candle was Angel..You have to smell it🥰. ”
