Hooked on Fishing

The Bailey Center for Special Needs youth, family, and friends will participate, in partnership with local organizations and agencies, in a “Get Hooked on Fishing Event” at Island Creek Park, John H. Kerr Reservoir. This new annual program coincides with the VA Dept. of Wildlife Resources Free Fishing Days, but is an expansion of ongoing collaborations between The Bailey Center and local agencies/organizations that currently focus on access to boating. This program will recruit and connect a diverse audience to fishing.
