Self Defense Beginner Workshop

Sempai Ari Encarnacion (Ni Dan), Assistant Instructor of SKA of Napa who is experienced in several different martial art forms, is offering a wonderful series of practice self defense workshops this summer! No prior karate or martial arts experience required. Come check out the first workshop happening this Sunday, June 22nd from 10am-Noon at the Sonoma Community Center, Dance Studio (Room 213). Oss!
