Guided by our chef-instructor, you’ll learn how to prepare this Greek street food favorite from scratch—seasoning and cooking tender, flavorful meat, hand-mixing creamy tzatziki, and assembling fresh toppings to balance every bite. You’ll also practice making warm, pillowy pita bread to wrap it all up. Along the way, you’ll discover tips for marinating, grilling, and customizing fillings to suit your own style. By the end of class, you’ll have a complete homemade gyro in hand—and the skills to recreate this classic at home whenever the craving strikes.

What To Expect
Instructor: No Thyme To Cook Lead Chef Instructor
Length: Approximately 3 hours.
Format: Hands-On. Cook alongside the Chef as you follow step-by-step instructions to create your own dishes. The Chef is there as your instructor, guiding you through techniques and answering any questions along the way.
Location: Second floor - Please note that our second floor is ONLY accessible via stairs.
Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
Experience Options
General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class to enjoy cocktail hour at NTTC's fully-stocked bar.
