Our chef will share techniques for balancing seasoning, choosing the right cuts of meat and vegetables, and achieving that perfect, soul-satisfying texture. You’ll pick up expert tips for making soups and stews ahead of time, storing them properly, and even elevating leftovers. What To Expect
Instructor: No Thyme To Cook Lead Chef Instructor
Length: Approximately 2 hours.
Format: Demonstration. The Chef will showcase how to prepare select dishes while you observe. Volunteers may be invited to assist, and questions are always welcome throughout the class.
Location: Second floor - Please note that our second floor is ONLY accessible via stairs.
Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.

General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class to enjoy cocktail hour at NTTC's fully-stocked bar.
