Inspired by the rhythms and wisdom of nature, this workshop unfolds through four thoughtfully crafted interactive activities—each one inviting you to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with your inner landscape.

Throughout the experience, you’ll engage in meaningful moments of creativity, insight, and exploration. Whether through quiet reflection or shared conversation, each activity offers space to cultivate deeper self-awareness and plant the seeds of transformation.

🌿 What’s included:
Four unique, nature-inspired activities that invite personal expression and introspection. Including, Finding the seeds, Planting the Flowers, Writing Excercise. All materials will be included.

🌸 Closing Circle:
We’ll come together as a group to reflect, share a meaningful takeaway, or (if you wish) reveal your symbolic flower. A brief guided reflection will help you name one intentional step to continue nurturing your personal growth beyond the workshop.
