Restorative Wall & Prop Yoga

Sink into support and explore a yoga practice with curiosity in this cozy, playful class that blends restorative yoga with creative use of the wall and props. Using bolsters, blocks, and straps—along with the grounding support of the wall—you’ll move through gentle postures designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and invite deep rest.

Expect a lighthearted, exploratory atmosphere where you can listen to your body, play with supported stretches, and unwind in ways that feel nourishing and fun. Perfect for all levels, especially those craving a slower, supported practice with a sense of ease and joy.

This class is limited to 10 people and pre-registration is required.
