Join us for a unique evening designed for couples of all genders and orientations who are curious about deepening trust, presence, and connection through intentional touch. 

?️ Date: 6/29/25
 ?️ Time: 12pm-3:30pm
 ? Location: Within Yoga
 ?️ Spaces are limited to 3 couples

In this guided experience, you and your partner will:
?  Integration of body-centered techniques that promote healing through mindful connection, and co-regulation. 

 ? A creative exploration of the body where participants will examine their sensory experiences with different forms of touch and textures,  deepening the awareness of their somatic connection to their body.

 ? Exploration of  sensations by experimenting with safe touch and various tools to discover what your body resonates with and does not. 

 ? Practice conscious, respectful communication around touch & boundaries. Emphasizing the importance of consent, personal boundaries, and safety while re-learning safe touch with curiosity and play. 

This is a partially clothed, non-sexual workshop focused on cultivating emotional and energetic intimacy.

✨ Whether you're in a new relationship or have been together for years, this is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and experience each other in a new way.
