From Renting to Home Ownership

This free community workshop will explore what it takes to move from renting to owning a home — including what to expect, how to prepare and key steps in the process.

♦️ Guest Speakers: Rachel Clampffer, Broker for Blue Door Real Estate Group and Annie Waneck of Edge Home Finance will share their knowledge and help demystify the home ownership process.

♦️ Light refreshments served

♦️ Open to all community members

This workshop is strictly educational and open to all — whether you’re a longtime resident, a first-time buyer or just looking to better understand how homeownership works.

Walk-ins are welcome, but an RSVP helps us plan ahead and serve everyone better.
