Trail Maintenance - Yankton Trail Park

Help us clear back overgrowth and improve visibility at Yankton Trail! We’re hosting a trail maintenance session on Tuesday, June 17, at 6 PM, and we’d love to have you join us.

We’ll be focusing on trimming back brush and opening up sight lines to keep the trail safe and enjoyable for all users. No experience needed—just bring your gloves, water, and eye protection. We’ll meet at the Minnesota Ave parking lot trailhead before heading out together.

Ethan Metz will be leading this session and will guide the crew through what needs to be trimmed and how to make the most impact. Whether you’re a seasoned volunteer or a first-time trail helper, this is a great opportunity to give back to the trails you love.
