W Litter Cleanup
Join us on Sunday, June 22, 2025, from 8:00am to 11:00am for a community litter cleanup along W Rd, one of our area's most historic and scenic routes.
The iconic W Road has been a vital part of our community since 1892 when construction began on what would become one of the most scenic and historic routes on Signal Mountain. Originally a dirt road, it was later surfaced with gravel in 1911, paved and widened in 1927, and improved again in 1940. Today, it remains a beloved and well-traveled path—but it needs our help to stay beautiful.
Whether you can stay for an hour or the whole morning, your time makes a difference! Every piece of litter we pick up is a step toward preserving our shared history.
Volunteers meet at McCoy Farm & Gardens for instruction. Please use the 1604 Taft Highway entrance.
