Circular Collage Club

Make information meaningful and bring numbers to life with data collage.

Inspired by the Dear Data project, this month's collage club is an experiment in telling stories through numbers and information. How many steps did you walk today? How many different colours are you wearing? What did you eat today and did you enjoy it all? Through gentle reflection, we'll gather a simple set of data then bring it to life through collage.

The venue: This night takes place at The Circular Space – home of The Scrap Space. Their aim to bring joy to the community while looking after the planet – something we very much support! You can find them on Ham Road, Shoreham-by-Sea, BN43 6PA (look for the blue sign by the bus stop next to the Police Station).

What to expect: Collaging is super straightforward, giving you the time and space to simply get creative and have fun. The theme is there to give you a creative challenge, and we'll on on hand with ideas if you need them. There'll also be hot drinks and sweet treats for you to enjoy.

What you need to bring: Nothing! We'll supply everything you need, plus you'll have the opportunity to rummage in The Scrap Space. However, feel free to bring along bits and pieces from home if you want to us something specfic.
