Summer Solstice Pilgrimage: A Power Flow Workshop

In honor of the longest day of the year, join Jenn to celebrate the magic of our beautiful Sun. This pilgrimage to Power is designed to move fast, build strength and generate heat before finding balance in slower postures.

In ninety minutes, we will rise through agni (fire), sisu (determination), liberation, and valor before grounding and yielding to restoration and repose.

The class will be heated; bring water and a towel.
