Yoga for a Cause

Join us to reset and recharge with a one-hour yoga class at Shawnee Mission Park (Shelter One)! We are thrilled that Hannah, JCMHC staff member and owner of Hannah Eliza Yoga + Ayurveda, will be leading the class.

Tickets are $10 per person and proceeds will benefit clients of Johnson County Mental Health Center. All participants will receive a goodie bag after the class.

Please bring a yoga mat and your friends! A limited number of chairs will be available for anyone needing a modification. We also recommend bringing a water bottle and sunscreen.
